Mid-size law firm in Paramus seeks full-time in-office Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work directly with the Recruiting team to support various aspects of the Firm's recruiting. Responsibilities

Coordinate multiple components of the Firm's legal hiring website

Maintain and update candidate information in Applicant Tracking System (GetHired), including sending correspondence to applicants;

Offer/no offer process;

Post and refresh ads as needed;

Review in-bound resumes and identify strong candidates;

Coordinate scheduling of phone screenings, interviews, writing assignments, Omnia assessments, and follow-up correspondence;

Prepare conference rooms for in-person interviews (resumes, assessment sheets and tablet for writing assignments);

Produce ad hoc reporting for the Recruiting Committee, as needed;

Assist with the preparation of annual hiring goals;

Maintain accurate records and documentation within the department's internal databases and tracking systems;

Assist with special projects and database testing, as needed;

Coordinate with Marketing Director any updates for the Firm's external career web page;

Perform other duties, as assigned.
