Clear speaking voice.

Positive attitude.

Be able to handle rejection well.

Reliable transportation.

Set up new customers for in home presentations.

Train: Train new reps on the doors through direct to home trainings.

Manage: Set expectations with new hires for specific bench mark/ goal attainment opportunities.

Per sit pay and install bonuses available.

We give you all the tools you need to make $35k-$100k a year starting out, with bonus opportunities, as well as directing sales marketing leadership, making over $150k+ per year!
