Gpac is looking for a highly motivated individual to join a Family Owned and Operated Company. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are passionate about the construction field and enjoy hands-on work. As a Laborer , you will play a vital role in assisting with various construction projects, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

* Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
* Move and unload materials, tools, and equipment
* Operate power tools and machinery under supervision
* Assist with the installation of scaffolding and temporary structures
* Perform basic carpentry tasks and repairs as needed

Essential Job Functions:

* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
* Knowledge of basic construction techniques and safety protocols
* Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
* Effective communication skills to work well within a team
* Strong work ethic and willingness to take on various tasks

Skills:

* 1+ years of laborer experience in construction
* Clean driving record
* Proficiency in operating common construction tools and equipment
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
* Knowledge of basic carpentry and masonry skills
