Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO and Paid Ads Expert to join our In Person team. This role will primarily focus on driving organic traffic and improving search engine visibility for our clients' website, with a smaller focus on managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of SEO principles, a strong track record of success in managing PPC campaigns, and a passion for data-driven marketing.

Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy and Implementation:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and headers to improve search engine rankings.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices and algorithm updates.

Paid Advertising Management:

• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media).
• Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad performance.
• Create compelling ad copy and landing pages to drive conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments.
• Optimize bidding strategies and ad placements to maximize ROI.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify trends.
• Generate comprehensive reports on SEO and paid advertising performance.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to optimize website content and structure.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align SEO and paid advertising efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong emphasis on technical SEO.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Experience with PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media advertising).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Local to our Westlake Village, CA office

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with e-commerce SEO.
• Certifications in Google Ads and Analytics.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
