We are looking for an experienced Salesforce developer and administrator to join our team to support a federal contract. The candidate will manage, maintain, and develop solutions for the Salesforce
instances to support various applications. The candidate will also lead the CoE in standardizing processes and guidelines. The ideal candidate should have a strong software development background with full-
stack development experience and be proficient in at least one programming language. In addition, the candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, customizations, and configurations, including security.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
5 years of strong experience as Full Stack Developer.
At least 2 years of experience with agile development methodology.
Experience in application development and administration in Salesforce.
Platform knowledge about Outsystems and Appian environments.
Experience working with Git and application developers.
Be able to write REST APIs from web applications.
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure) a plus.
Be able to work in a team.
Be able to manage multitasking.
Knowledge of current frameworks, SDKs, APIs, and libraries.
Experience with 508 accessibility standards.
Currently possess or able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Position Responsibilities :
Work as an Application Engineer as a Service Team for application development and support.
Perform development and administration of the Salesforce environment.
Ability to lead a team and contribute individually.
Develop proof of concepts and provide solutions for technical complexity.
Production support and performance improvements.
Create, develop, and deliver feature requests using declarative tools and detailed knowledge of Flows, case management, object configuration, validation rules, and app builder.
Developing and implementing solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Salesforce platform.
Working closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and support the successful implementation of Salesforce initiatives.
Collaborating with other teams to ensure that Salesforce integrates seamlessly with other processes, systems, and applications where applicable.
