Star Roofing - is looking for a Commercial Project Manager. The main objective of this role is to stay in close contact with the production manager and the superintendents to ensure that all communities are being completed on time, on budget, communicated at the highest standard both internally and externally, and closed out per company procedures. . This role is supported by a staff included of superintendents, admin, purchasing, etc. Person's considering this opening must be able to multitask, delegate, and manage a high volume of calls, emails, texts, etc. This role would require working on multiple forms of technology platforms.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and keep track report tool up to date at all times
• Keep schedule up to date
• Forecast/track new homes coming up on monthly basis
• Keep track of crew locations
• Main source of contact both internal and external
• Relay communications to appropriate personnel internal and external
• Management of payrate changes
• Manage delivery shorts/windows/overages/backoffs
• Keep live bone yard inventory
• Verify delivery counts via superintendent team
• Manage QA's and recordable's
• Contribute to and grow overall safety culture
• Comply with company safety standards and practices to promote a safe and clean work environment
• Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Support and abide by the values of the company

Requirements

2+ years experience

•Acceptable driving record, knowledge of Microsoft Office products
•Construction experience preferred

**Must be physically capable to carry a ladder and climb on roofs**
