Mr. Rogers Windows is looking for retail promoters to work in Suffolk, Williamsburg, Newport News, Hampton, Yorktown, and Smithfield.

As a Retail Promoter, you will bring brand awareness to prospective customers and turn that awareness into quality leads.

We are looking for driven and motivated promoters who will strive to meet customer objectives for our brand.


You will be responsible for marketing activities in local stores on the south side and the peninsula.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (4+ hours)
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain a demonstration area, such as a table, stand or booth at various locations.
• Keep the area tidy and well stocked with literature.
• Engage every customer that you encounter during your work shift.
• Answer questions potential customers might have about our company and services.
