Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our roofing company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the construction industry with a background managing projects related to shingle roofs, flat roofs, and standing seam roofing systems. The ability to travel is a must for this role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee roofing projects from start to finish
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Provide technical expertise and guidance as needed

Requirements

• Experience in project management within the roofing industry
• Strong knowledge and experience with shingle roofs, flat roofs, and standing seam roofing systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to travel frequently and work in various locations
• Proven track record of successfully managing roofing projects
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the roofing industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
