We are seeking a skilled and passionate *Pediatric Dentist* searching for an exciting opportunity in beautiful *Charlotte, NC*. We are a *private practice with two locations* that are fully owned by doctors and motivated to provide *full clinical autonomy* and the ability to *build your practice* the way you want!

• Duties Include:*
• Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis and treatment, of dental diseases in children and adolescents.
• Perform routine and complex dental procedures with a focus on pediatric dentistry.
• Develop and implement individualized dental care plans for patients.
• Educate children and their families on the importance of maintaining good oral health and preventive dental care.
• Ensure a positive, comfortable, and safe environment for all patients.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in pediatric dentistry and implement best practices in patient care.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote dental health awareness among children.
• Requirements:*
• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Valid state dental license.
• Board certified or eligible in Pediatric Dentistry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong commitment to quality patient care and ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Ability to manage a diverse patient population and adapt to the needs of each patient.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per day Benefits:
