We're looking for a skilled Garage Door Technician to join our team of fix-it heroes! In this role, you'll be the one who steps in to install, repair, and maintain garage doors, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Responsibilities: • Enter completed projects and the parts used into database • Transport, lift, and/or maneuver heavy objects overhead with the assistance of others as necessary • Maintain strict adherence to all applicable regulations, guidelines, and safety protocols What You’ll Do: • Precision Installations: Expertly install new garage doors, ensuring everything is aligned and operates smoothly. • Problem-Solving Repairs: Diagnose and repair issues like worn springs, malfunctioning openers, and anything in between. • Maintenance Magic: Conduct routine tune-ups to keep doors in top shape and prevent issues before they start. Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Preferred qualifications include previous work experience in construction, maintenance, or a related industry • High level of proficiency in math, problem-solving, and teamwork skills • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • Superb abilities in relating to others, communicating clearly, and customer service What You Bring: • A passion for hands-on work and a natural ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems. • Familiarity with tools and equipment, with a mechanical mindset that loves a challenge. • A valid driver’s license and a strong sense of responsibility. • A positive attitude, great communication skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
