Precision Landscape Management is a leading maintenance, gardening, and enhancement landscape company dedicated to providing exceptional outdoor services to residential and commercial clients. The Nursery and Retail Manager is responsible for managing The Garden Center nursery, inventory, displays, employee training, and customer service.

Typical Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers.
• Manages a small team.
• Train employees on process and procedures of The Garden Center.
• Answers customer’s questions about merchandise.
• Complete inventory checks and orders in a proactive manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service and at least 1 year in a management position.
• Must be willing to operate forklift and bobcat.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate or to quickly learn the store’s point-of-sale system.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
