For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively expand and promote our game and company;

  • Establish and refine marketing processes and practices;

  • Develop inbound strategies and campaigns, selecting channels, crafting resonant messaging, and defining objectives and KPIs;

  • Managing and planning marketing operations (SEO, content marketing, PPC);

  • Monitor inbound marketing campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement;

  • Conducting industry research, trends analysis, and market segmentation;

  • ​​Strategic content planning for websites and blogs;

  • Elevate and maintain our company’s brand across all platforms. Ensure brand consistency in all marketing efforts;

  • Establish and lead the social media strategy for the game;

  • Create engaging content for the game’s social media platforms: short stories, texts, and interactive stories to create emotion around the game and brand;

  • Keep up on trends in social media and networking: update social media daily, to grow our audience;

  • Monitor and reply to comments and messages from the audience;

  • Support, manage and engage with our players, to make our player’s communities great places to be.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented Marketing/Community Manager to join our self-developed and self-published unannounced title for PC (and later, ports). Your responsibilities will be to grow and manage relationships with the community on social media and develop & execute marketing strategies for our games and company in order to ensure its visibility.

Our candidate is prepared to develop and manage the company's marketing direction from scratch, considering the company's needs and wishes. 

The candidate is results-driven, proactive, and able to explain his/her/their proposals.

This key role involves partnering with the CEO and development team to create, implement, assess, and enhance digital marketing strategies.

Requirements: 

  • At least 3 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the video game industry;

  • Experience in gaming. You are a gamer you follow the trends and know what’s going on in the PC/console market;

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies;

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing;

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making;

  • Strong communication and presentation skills;

  • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools);

  • Familiarity with design and presentation tools such as Canva ; 

  • Upper-Intermediate English.
