About the role ClearScale is looking for a Manual QA Engineer to support the further development of our existing web-based product. You will join a dynamic engineering team, focusing on enhancing and ensuring the quality of our customer-facing application. Your expertise in manual testing will be crucial in maintaining and improving the application's performance and reliability. Responsibilities: Work in a team of QA engineers to execute and update existing test suites Progression testing of recently delivered features is mixed with regression testing and support of existing functionality Taking part in pre development reviews and give a feedback on upcoming functionality Communicate with the client on project-related issues Requirements: ClearScale expects successful candidate to have most of the following qualifications and skills ( not necessary all have to be presented ): Experience : Minimum of 3 years in manual testing of web-based applications, with a solid understanding of web technologies and standards. Skills : Proficient in creating and executing test plans and test cases; strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Tools : Hands-on experience with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar; familiarity with browser developer tools. Knowledge : Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies; knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic SQL queries. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Hands-on experience or theoretical background in AWS would be a plus Nice to have: Background in medical services domain Solid understanding of CI/CD paradigm Hands on C# coding skills
