Full Time

Available Shifts:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Monday – Friday, 3:30 pm – 12:00 am (10% shift differential paid from 6:00 pm – 12:00 am)

Pay Range: $12.30/hr.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide responsive customer services to all stakeholders.
• Process applications and referrals.
• Establish new case records into the system.
• Researches and assess cases for necessary actions.
• Initiate locating activities for noncustodial parents.
• Document initiate activities into the system.
• Accurately completes necessary documentation and data entry activities in all systems.
• Regularly communicates and updates the Supervisor/Lead on case status and production issues.
• Maintain an accuracy rate of 95 percent.
• Ensures the confidentiality and security of all case information.
• Meets all standards established for this position.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years of data entry experience
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
• Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
