The Opportunity:
Lincoln-Goldfinch Law is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Texas-based, in-person sales team. This individual will be responsible for providing legal consultations to prospective Chapter 7, 11, and 13 clients and assisting them in signing on for services.

Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with prospective clients
  • Take notes of all interactions
  • Advise clients on the options available to them through bankruptcy
  • Stay informed of developments in bankruptcy law
  • Learn firm services, pricing, and offerings
  • Achieve sales goals
  • Follow up with leads
  • Provide exceptional client service
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Texas legal system
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Tenacious and driven pursuit of goals
  • Commitment to superior client service
  • Knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proficient with Google Suite or related software
