Description/Comment:

Job Description/Scope of Work:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Provide new hires with information regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Take part in planning company events.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.
- Support the implementation of training programs for employees to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining HR databases and generating reports.
- Assist with payroll processing as needed.
- Maintain uniform inventory count.
- Assign and track lockers to the workforce.
- Work with HRBPs to schedule investigations
- Create/post site wide communications

Qualifications – required/preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
