We are seeking a part-time HR Coordinator/Specialist to join our team and support our growing client base with a wide range of HR functions. If you’re organized, proactive, and excited to contribute to the success of diverse businesses, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As an HR Coordinator/Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting both our internal operations and our client projects. Key responsibilities include:

• HR Administration: Maintain and organize HR records, client documentation, and compliance files.
• Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for clients.
• Onboarding Coordination: Support the onboarding process for client employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Policy Development: Assist in drafting and updating employee handbooks, HR policies, and procedures.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a resource for client employees regarding basic HR questions and escalate issues as needed.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with President and Chief HR Officer to deliver training programs, performance review systems, and other HR projects.
• Data Management: Track and report on HR metrics, including employee turnover, engagement survey results, and compliance audits.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with the following qualifications and attributes:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR roles; experience in consulting or working with multiple clients is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.

Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies.

Personal Traits: Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
