We are seeking a seasoned HighQ Expert to join our team. This role is crucial for a special project aimed at transforming and innovating our Legal Department using the HighQ tool.The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing HighQ to enhance our legal processes, starting with a Litigation Report and automating NDAs and other work intake forms/workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute use cases in HighQ, focusing on building sites and functionalities within the first 90 days
• Work closely with the Hiring Manager and legal professionals to ensure successful implementation
• Adapt to changing requirements and guide associates in understanding best practices
• Deliver lite training sessions to aid lawyers and legal professionals in navigating new processes and technologies

Requirements/Must Haves:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with HighQ in a corporate legal department or law firm; must be an expert in HighQ
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in all aspects of HighQ, including doc automation/Contract Express
• Ability to create MVPs (minimally viable products) and POCs (proofs of concept), test and iterate towards soft launches
• Experience in delivering lite training and driving tech/process changes within legal teams
• strong virtual and on-site presentation skills, adaptable to real-time feedback
• Highly organized, resourceful self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

Randstad is hiring a Legal Expert, who has functional expertise in HighQ & legal matters. This is an implementation project. The Legal team will transform and innovate using the HighQ tool and the help of this expert’s implementation of it.

Our client's Center of Legal Excellence (aka Legal Operations) is seeking applicants for a HighQ Expert role. HighQ is an enterprise legal management (ELM) tool that many Corporate Legal Departments use to make their lawyers and legal professionals more innovative and efficient. The Legal Department has many planned uses for the tool, but we will begin with a Litigation Report, automating NDAs and other work intake forms/workflows.

Requirements/Must Haves:

• Must have at least 3 years of experience working with this specific tool, HighQ, in a corporate legal department or law firm. Must be an expert in HighQ (not enough to be similar with similar systems; must be HighQ)

• Must possess intermediate or advanced proficiency in all aspects of the tool, to include doc auto/Contract Express

• Must be comfortable creating MVP (minimally viable products) and POCs (proofs of concept), testing and learning, and iterating to soft launches, etc. and the ability to push associates with the “perfection is the enemy of progress” mantra
