Ear to Hear is a privately-owned Audiology practice in Auburn, NY. Our mission is to help as many people as possible in their quest for an improved quality of life through better hearing and to educate them about hearing loss, the benefits of early detection, and today’s technological advancements, so that they may educate others.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an exceptional Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist to join our team of dedicated professionals. Are you a skilled, patient-focused, team player looking to join a team of excellence? We are seeking a full-time Audiologist for our practice, hours are Monday – Friday -9AM – 4PM.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations.
  • Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education.
  • Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures

What You’ll Need:

  • Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients.
  • Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
  • Active New York Audiology license or eligible for licensure
  • Patient-centered approach with great listening skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
  • Desire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionals.
  • Flexible and adaptable; open to change and feedback.
