Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
A bit about us:
Unique opportunity to join a company that handles special installations for clients in the Entertainment industry. This position would be working as the "Right Hand" person to the CEO to help manage event planning, travel arrangements, communication, prioritizing his calendar and communicating with various levels of the organization to drive business forward.
Someone who is proactive, has strong business acumen, strong event planning skills with a mid to large organizational skills is desired.
This is a fully onsite position in San Clemente for local candidates.

Job Details
5+ years of experience in a similar position supporting an Executive business leader in a similar position.
Professional Business Acumen and Writing, including AI/Chat GPT experience
You'll be responsible for managing all the CEO's emails to stay on top of daily schedules and adjustments with department heads to drive business demands.
The CEO needs someone who is strategic in thinking, planning and business initiatives to help him prepare for meetings with high level clients.
Someone with the ability for strong confidentiality, with strong communication is needed.
You should have availability to work some nights and weekends to complete last minute tasks if they arise. You'll have the ability for a flexible schedule as needed and the CEO is very understanding and reasonable for anyone with demands outside of work.
Experience with event planning is required.
Experience with travel arrangements domestically and internationally required.
Tech savvy with MS Office, Excel, Outlook is required.
Strong supervisory references required.
