Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO on both a business and personal level. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented, and discreet professional who can manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, prepare correspondence, and handle confidential matters with ease.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
• Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and messages, responding or redirecting as appropriate
• Maintain confidential files and records
• Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Manage the CEO's personal schedule, including family and social commitments
• Coordinate personal travel and entertainment arrangements
• Handle personal correspondence and gifts
• Maintain the CEO's personal contacts and relationships
• Discreetly handle personal matters and errands as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
