We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Event Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in event promotions. You will assist with the planning and execution of events, ensuring that promotional activities run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and activities
• Support event setup, including arranging materials and equipment
• Engage with event attendees to promote client brands and gather feedback
• Help coordinate event logistics, including scheduling and staff coordination
• Distribute promotional materials and manage event booths or stations
• Monitor event activities to ensure they align with promotional objectives
• Provide administrative support, including tracking event budgets and preparing reports
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new promotional strategies

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Enthusiasm for event planning and promotional activities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in event planning or promotions is a plus, but not required
