Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Performs the set-up, programming, calibration and testing of products
•Follow established test procedures to test assemblies at pre-burn-in and post-burn-in operations
•Responsible for performing routine tests to insure production quality standards are met
•Conducts routine and repetitive tests on circuits, components and electronic units, following established test procedures
•Maintains documentation on test results
•May perform simple assembly level troubleshooting
•Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
•Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations and count
•Takes basic measurements using a digital multi-meter
•The ability to do Thru-Hole soldering
•The ability to work under only moderate supervision and direction
•The ability to identify and communicate inconsistencies in work instructions as well as in the product during the assembly process
•Demonstrated higher levels of efficiency and accuracy in the assembly process
•Take basic measurements using a digital multi-meter

Education and Experience:
•High school education; at least six months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
•IPC-J-Std, Class 3 soldering certification a must
•IPC-610 certification a plus
•Experience assembling products in more than one functional area of the PCA production floor
•Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal
