OUR HIRING PROCESS:

INFUSE, Inc. is looking for a legal operations professional (Contract Paralegal/Legal Assistant) to join our fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial global organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, sharp attention to detail, be responsive, take initiative, be a strategic thinker, and take great pride in their work. Candidates must work well under deadlines and can work independently and as part of a larger team. In addition, three to five years of experience as a Contract Specialist, Contract Paralegal, or Legal Assistant is required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the processing of contracts for lead generation services, including managing the queue of requests from INFUSE's sales team;

• Assist with developing and maintaining a management and tracking system to track key performance indicators within the legal department;

• Review and edit contracts in accordance with the contractual practices and policies of the company and under the supervision of in-house attorneys;

• Prepare amendments and renewals for existing contracts per specifications from the business teams and oversight of in-house attorneys;

• Review non-disclosure agreements and manage approval process;
• Assist in the development, management and implementation of company policies.

This is a full-time remote position. Compensation commensurate with experience.
