Responsibilities:Occupancy, marketing, leasing, and resident verification procedures. Collectinformation from residents for eligibility screening, rent calculation, andincome verification. Initial and annual recertification of income forresidents. Complete unit inspections prior to move in/out and ensure units areready for occupancy within deadlines. Receive and resolve resident requests andconcerns. Foster positive working relationships with residents while alwaysmaintaining a professional demeanor. Administrative support tasks such asfiling, typing, answering telephones, and data entry.
Job Qualifications: Attentionto detail and strong verbal/written communication skills. Excellent follow-upskills via telephone or email correspondence. A plus, experience with Tax Credit Compliance,EIV, and HUD Section 8 subsidy programs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.Demonstrated track record regarding work attendance and reporting to worktimely. Must adhere to Federal Fair Housing Laws.
