Business Unit Manager

Position Overview
The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of our business unit within the aviation and aerospace manufacturing sectors. This role aims to drive sales growth, enhance operational efficiency, and foster client relationships to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Manage daily operations of the business unit, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners in the aviation and aerospace industry.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the business unit.
• Implement best practices in operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in sales and business development within the aviation or aerospace manufacturing sectors.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in MRO, component, and aviation component manufacturing is a plus.
