Murdock Auto Team is looking for an Office Manager/Controller with management or leadership experience as well as Automotive Accounting Experience.

Tasks: The controller will supervise the daily activity of the accounting staff and manage the accounting and financial systems for the dealerships. Candidates must have experience in accounting processes including payroll and closing monthly Income Statements and Balance Sheets.

Salary based, full time position. Pay will be based on Accounting and Automotive experience.

Accounts Management, Accounting Income Statement and Balance Sheet Management, Budgeting, Payroll Processing, Teamwork, People Skills, Problem Solving, Active Listening, Reading, Writing/Typing, Comprehension, Critical Thinking, and Social Perceptiveness.

Experience And Education:

Comprehensive Accounting experience for all accounts and willingness to learn multi-store accounting management. Accounting degree or equivalent experience in Accounting required. Experience in customer service, Excel spreadsheets, and MicroSoft Office. Excellent communication and time management skills. Must be able to work as a team member in a fast paced environment. Must minimum of 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk; sit; use hands, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Ability to work computers and office management software and dealer management software with 6-8 hours per day viewing spreadsheets and reports. Need ability to move around the dealership. The employee may be required to lift up to 25 pounds. Work is performed at a desk in an office setting and walking throughout the dealership showroom and lot.
