Tombras, a 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency, is seeking an Accounting Intern.

Where you'll be working: Knoxville, TN

What to expect as an Accounting Intern:

Commitment to a 10 week, paid internship, $18 an hour starting on 10/7/24 and ending on 12/13/24 with a maximum of 25 hours per week.

Work with accounts payable team and media related invoicing.

Assist with processing of the invoices inbox to appropriate team members.

Assist with vendor reporting metrics for the accounting team.

Develop general accounting skills.

Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

Experience:

Candidates should have prior work or life experience in Accounting or Business a relevant field, be currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor's program, or a recent graduate.

A passion for advertising and an eagerness to tell a story and a gift for making people see it.

Proficiency in a Mac environment and experience in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs and Keynote.

You work well as a team player in a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You must be extremely organized and detail-oriented.

You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
